Outdoor Adventures
At Elevate we offer outdoor experiential learning opportunities through hiking, biking, kayaking, snowboarding and other activities. Through these outdoor learning experiences, participants are able learn about leadership topics, connect with peers and discuss their learning process in and out of the mountains of Kosovo. Elevate values Beauty, which is evident in the natural environment of Kosovo, and the conversations we have in nature. Through Perseverance and Encouragement we reach mountain tops and push ourselves to Connect more deeply and Grow together.
Leadership Training
Our leadership training model follows Value-Driven Leadership principles. Value-Driven Leadership is rooted in knowing that all can lead through a sense of purpose aligning with life affirming values. Our Spring leadership class focuses on knowing your own values and emotional intelligence. Our Fall leadership class focuses on communication and conflict resolution.
